Water Treatment

Water treatment program purposed to support boiler system by checking water condition to prevent boiler from deposit, corrosion and carryover which can cause boiler shutdown.

As swelling agent, design only for special condition

DB Clean 102
Highly effective for removing hardness deposit and iron oxides

DB Clean 103
Dissolving hard silica deposits or to increase effectiveness of DB Clean 102

DB Clean 104
As neutralizer for prevent corrosion from acid cleaning

- Internal treatment.

DB Treatmax 101
A low molecular weight polymeric solution and oxygen scavenger used to reduce scale formation and also prevent corrosion in system by removing dissolved oxygen.

DB Treatmax 201
A low molecular weight polymeric solution, specially synthesized product which reduce scale formation in boiler and feed line by causing hardness salts to form a light mobile flock easily removed by blow down.

DB Treatmax 202
A catalysed sulfite used to prevent corrosion in a steam generating system by removing dissolved oxygen.

DB Treatmax pH
A liquid composition contain pH builder. It reduces corrosion by raising the alkalinity of the boiler water.

DB Treatmax Organic 301
A blend of selected tannin and polymer, it is highly effective patented corrosion and scale inhibitor for use in boiler and hot water systems.

Instrument & Control Team

This team supports to develop and integrate all instruments within a boiler system into a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) unit. As a result, we could use common PC to receive data as well as monitor the performance of each instrument within the system.
